About the event

While single barrel Bourbons are to be appreciated for capturing one cask’s unique flavor profile, the art of marrying casks together is where a Blender’s abilities can truly shine. Join Milam & Greene Whiskey’s National Brand Ambassador Blair Ault as she guides you through exercises to articulate your senses so you can get to know your Bourbon better. Participants will create their own Triple Cask Bourbon by marrying whiskey of varying age statements and origin for a blend that pleases their personal palate. No previous whiskey blending experience required, but a readiness to sniff and taste cask-strength Bourbon is advised.
